The first and most important thing that we do as a program is create and carefully maintain a culture of support of one another: theatre is a collaborative art form, and without a backbone of mutual respect, vulnerability and trust, there is no way to collaboratively create theatre at the level of excellence that we constantly strive to create.
Technical Crew & Production
Some of the best experiences in Lake Braddock Theatre are crewing shows. There are many students who have found their niche after an experiment crewing a single show and become techies for life, many who became actors in the company as well, and still others who have a lot on their plate and no desire to become more deeply involved but continue to have a great time and make an important contribution working crew on shows.
